Collaboration with Pallini

This event was organized in collaboration with Pallini, the renowned Italian liqueur brand that is celebrating its 150th anniversary this year. Pallini is particularly well-known for its Pallini Limoncello, but it also produces a variety of other liqueurs that were featured in the cocktails.

A key ingredient in the cocktails was Amaro Formidabile, a traditional Italian amaro (herbal liqueur) made from medicinal herbs.

Known for its deep flavor and complex taste, it is often consumed after meals to stimulate appetite and aid digestion. Amaro Formidabile is spicier and has fruity notes compared to other amari.

Another vital ingredient was No. 3 Gin, a premium London dry gin made by Berry Bros. & Rudd. Known for its perfect balance of botanicals, including juniper berries, lemon peel, orange peel, and coriander seeds, it provides a crisp and fresh taste.
